Made a Lothlorien broach for the cape out of a sugar puff packet XD, cut off some olive green corderoy trousers (£3.50 from BHF), made the shirt and bought the ears. The feet kind of died, so I'll have to get something better for next time I use it. Made the jacket out of blue corderoy... The hair, I used a wig I had, so just ignore the hair. The hair sucks. I couldn't use my own, because it's bright red (ie not very hobbity) so the blonde one'll do fiine.
