The best way I can describe this costume is...soul-destroying. I was really happy with how it came out, but I had to completely re-make the cape after taking it to Rome with me and my contact lens solution leaked in my luggage, staining the whole costume. However I was glad I perserved and re-made it, as our skit at London Expo was a blast!
I used a simple polyester for most of the costume as I wanted to colour to look very simple and cartoon-like. I wanted the cape to remain light, so I lined it in the same fabric as Muslim headscarves, adding extra interfacing to the collar and front panel. |

Anyway, I LOVE this costume! It is so well made and you look fabulous in it too! For some funny reason, I thought your cape was made with man-made leather or something when I saw it...
Anyway, looking forward to your Anise costume~! XD
The whole group was great but that is a pretty fantastic Meryl
Muchly inspired with the doughnuts, it was a real shame I couldn't fit you all in frame on the stage T_T
Re: ticket, not a problem at all - I managed to get roped into photographing at the front so was looking for someone to throw it at :)
