booyah (Posted 9th August 2009) Gave up on the Fimo as it was too soft to cut accurately. Made badge out of craft foam >_> Not totally happy with the accuracy of the detail, but it'll do for now (will improve upon it for the Cosplay Ball). Coat looks amazing with the metal shank buttons on. Also gave up on the hair extensions because my hair is simply too short to keep them in place; my bangs will be a tiny bit shorter than Sebby's - So sue me bitches. Closet (mostly) cosplay has never been so sexy. <3 Sebastian Also, happy birthday to me ^_~ Time to leave the house. BYE |

Progress 29/07/09 (Posted 29th July 2009) Hair test done - Hair extensions are officially a pain, but all is looking good :] Got an evening tailcoat from a vintage clothing dealer, now I need to replace the buttons with metal ones. I found some for the front of the coat that have a design that somewhat resembles the Phantomhive family crest... waiting for those to be delivered. Next I'm going to make the Phantomhive badge out of Fimo. Haven't quite figured out how I'm going to attach it yet, but that shouldn't be too difficult. |
