|It's-a me, Wario! WA-HAHA!|
Since my friend Berserk667 wanted to cosplay Captain Falcon at the October Expo 2008, I decided to join in on the Brawl fun by cosplaying Wario. This time I took attention to detail by creating my own helmet, putting on make up (O_O) and even wearing a fake mustache. And I thought a pink gi was bad enough!
What was awesome for me was that Wario is so mainstream in the video game world, that I was constantly recognised and loved for the costume. Most of all, I loved running around posing for the cameras in various silly ways.
UPDATE: I'm taking Wario up to Ayacon, probably wearing it through some of Saturday. Be seeing you-a there! Wa-haha!

Im-a Wario - Im-a Finished! (Posted 3rd August 2009)
Wa-HAHA! WARIO'S REDONE, peoples! Smash Brothers beware! Got the helmet repainted, and found some awesome studded gloves to wear. They're not yellow, but oh well.
Wa-Haha! (Posted 29th July 2009)
Woohoo! ID came through the post, so on my day off tomorrow I'm gonna be finishing off costumes for AYACON!!!!
For Wario, I need to buy a new set of goggles, a new pair of yellow gloves, and I need to repaint the helmet. So a little more work than I expected!
Wario's a-coming to Ayacon! (hopefully) (Posted 28th July 2009)
I'm in the process of getting an ID to get into AyaCon. It should arrive by the end of this week, then I'll know if I'm coming or not.
I'm not going to worry too much about the back of Wario's jacket at the moment, it's something I would do if I really wanted to get the costume finished, at the mo, I've got other costumes on my mind right now.
