Lotus top. (Posted 23rd May 2010) I was fortunate enough to stumble across a pain navy vest while I was in Primani yesterday...xD So last night and this morning I started painting, and I will post some more pictures when it's dry. |

Shorts. (Posted 3rd May 2010) Well, it's 01:41 and I finished the shorts after two days of working on them. Well...it's hardly two full days, seeing as yesterday I was working and then today my sister and niece came round so I spent a good amount of time with them. I decided to modify an old pair of beige shorts I bought from New Look 2 years ago (Thank God they still fit...). I hemmed them, unpicked a pocket from the back and sewed it on the front, added the leathery overlay thang, also the leather pocket and buckle. Doesn't sound too hard, but I hand stitched everything = many finger pricks, and I think I got blood somewhere on the shorts.... Oh well! Yuffie's a fighter...I'm sure she gets lots of blood on her clothes, right? ^^; |

How did you make your Shuriken?
I can't wait to see this in May! ^^ I was just wondering where you bought your converses, as one of my friends is planning a Yuffie costume, and the boots are the only thing we're struggling with. ^^;
Thanks! Well I bought mine from an eBay store called 'Refuse to be Usual', they sell all types of high converses. For Yuffie, I suggest getting the Khaki 20" converse, although you'll need to modify them slightly.
