| Penelo was a costume that when I first saw I thought I really had no chance of giving it justice. I chose Ashe to do and before I started planning out the costume a couple of people suggested I did Penelo (mainly Takuro). I was a bit nervous as this costume seemed quite difficult to pull of but I am thrilled I went ahead with this. I am very happy how this turned out! I was one of the three winners for the UK Square Enix Cosplay contest to represent Square Enix at the launch of FFXII! I am Penelo! I had such a fantastic time, I was in complete awe the whole time, and met some really great people! I was able to meet the Director (Hiroshi Minagawa) and Producer (Akitoshi Kawazu) of Final Fantasy XII and had press photos taken with them on stage. My prize also included a goodie bag full of special prizes from Square! This was one of the greatest moments in my life. | |
