Cost :	Probably around £200 in total.
Time Taken :	About 6 months

Description
This costume was based on the one worn by Tahara Hiroko in the first stage of the Sailor Moon Musicals. Tahara Hiroko was my favourite Neptune out of all of them. She personified Sailor Neptune to me, and her chemistry with Kimura Sanae was just outstanding. She also had the nicest Neptune wig out of all of the Neptunes. In terms of constuction I actually did work on this one!! There was alot of fittings, because like previously stated, I'm alot smaller than Debbie apart from in bust. I did the pleats in both skirts aswell as sew on the trim on both skirts, and some on the bows and on the gloves. The earrings, choker and broach are all made out of metal, by Debbie. I hand-made the Deep Aqua Mirror out of an air-drying clay. And I used acrylic paint which turnt out quite nicely. For my first ever prop I think it turnt out well. The shoes... I bought a pair of green heels then attached green ribbon, in a way so they would not fall off my feet during the performance. The wig is slightly the wrong shade for the costume but then again the actual wigs were generally a slightly different colour from the costumes.
